If you ask within 14 days of your Purchase, you get a refund, no questions asked. The Trial lets you try every feature for three days of use first, so try Copyrail before you buy it.
How to ask
Email hello@copyrail.com with the email address you bought with or your key. You'll get a reply within 2 business days.
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record and authorized reseller of Copyrail. Dodo sends the refund to the payment method you used.
What a refund changes
A refund stops your key from activating any more Macs. Macs already activated keep working.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change. A change takes effect when it's posted on this page with a new Last updated date, and no email is sent about it. A change never takes updates or Mac activations away from a Purchase already made.
